As previously mentioned, it was through sound effects found on my studio keyboard that gave birth to this album.

This track was another awkward one to engineer, and took a bit of time as I ended up sampling small pieces of other samples and looping them, so it was a time consuming process. It was only until the very end that the title took a strange turn, as the music suddenly made me feel on edge or even nervous within its sound, as if it was portraying someone in trouble. It was then that VERTIGO popped into my head, giving the image of someone on a ledge of a tall building, or even someone suffering from the condition, and how it made them feel.
